Please respect our hard work and copyrights by (1) not sharing our content and (2) halting use of our content after your license expires1. Limited license.
You may use the content from our Smart Marketing Hub to promote your law firm for as long as you remain a paying client of James Attorney Marketing. Use of any of our content beyond your paid license period is a violation of our copyrights.
2. Exception.
You may use the legal practice guides we send you after expiration of your license. All of the content aimed at prospects – books, booklets, and other pieces – may only be used while you are a paying client of James Attorney Marketing.
3. Term.
Your license to use Smart Marketing Hub content continues for as long as you timely and fully make your monthly payments. However, we reserve the right to cancel your license at any time for any reason.
4. Content removal.
Removal of any of our content remaining on your website after your license expires is your responsibility, not ours.
5. Enforcement.
We vigorously enforce our copyrights. Our first step is to notify the attorney in violation. Our second step is to involve the relevant State Bar.
6. Interpretation, arbitration.
This contract constitutes the entire agreement between you and James Publishing. Any provision that is unenforceable shall not invalidate the remaining provisions. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration at the Orange County, California, offices of the American Arbitration Association according to its Commercial Arbitration rules. Each side will bear its own arbitration expenses and attorney’s fees. The laws of California govern.
