Section 1: Website KPIs

By closely tracking your website’s key performance indicators we can quickly recognize trends to help guide our work for the next 30 days. In this section, you can view the following data month-over-month and easily see what’s working and where attention may be needed. Note: the green upward arrows indicate a positive month-over-month trend, where the red downward arrows indicate the opposite.

  • Pageviews: Every time a page on your site is loaded by a browser
  • Users: Number of visitors to your site
  • New Users: Number of new visitors to your site this month
  • Average Session Duration: Average length of time a visitor spends on your site
  • Goal Completions: Number of form fills (or “goals”) completed on your site this month. This metric is particularly important to track as it indicates the number of leads generated from your site.

Section 2: Call Tracking

Phone calls are the lifeblood of your law firm. This section aggregates all calls generated online from both your website and your Google My Business click-to-call profile. You can instantly view the total number of calls, answered calls, percentage answered, and average call duration. From there, you can drill-down to determine the source of each call and listen to any call to know how well your team is handling the critically-important intake process.

Section 3: Review Overview

Remember, 96% of people looking to hire an attorney read online reviews before making their decision. Here’s a snapshot of the number of reviews your firm received in the last 30 days, along with the star rating and review source. You can then click through to your full reputation management dashboard to view complete reviews and respond to past clients directly from the system.

Section 4: Live Chat

Here’s a list of the leads generated through the live chat widget on your website this month. You can click on any of the names to view contact information and the complete chat transcript. If you don’t yet have live chat installed on your site, you’re missing an important lead gen opportunity. Contact your account manager to get the app installed on your site today.

Section 5: Google Adwords KPIs

If you’re investing in Google Adwords to generate leads for your firm, this section makes it simple to keep your finger on the pulse of often-complex campaigns. You can view the high-level ROI metrics that matter, including:
